Police report: March 4

· Credit cards, liquor and keys to safety deposit boxes were taken from the 2100 block of West Raleigh Court sometime 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 17 and reported at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 19. Workers were in the home Jan. 17 to do repairs because of water damage and the resident was unaware of the theft until a credit card company called to report an attempted online purchase of $3,000 which was declined. The resident notified his bank at that time also.

· A man and woman were seen taking six cans of baby formula valued at $102, walking out of the store, getting into a car and driving away from Metro Market, 11558 N. Port Washington Road, at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 26. An employee attempted to stop them but was not successful. The couple are possible suspects in a similar theft at a West Bend store.


· A 32-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving, driving while suspended, with three prior convictions, and lane deviation after driving his car 10-feet off the road into a ditch in the 10700 block of West Pioneer Road at 4:10 a.m. Feb. 27. The man had slurred speech, failed field sobriety tests and admitted he did not have a license. His blood alcohol content was 0.24.


· An 18-year-old Mequon man and a 19-year-old Germantown man were arrested for disorderly conduct after fighting during a class at MATC, 5555 W. Highland Road, at 1:38 p.m. Feb. 27. The fight began over comments one of them made.



· A 24-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after being stopped in the 400 block of North Main Street at 4:53 p.m. March 1 for an expired registration. The officer smelled burnt marijuana as he approached the man's vehicle. A canine unit hit on the vehicle and a bag of marijuana along with a grinder, pipes and other items used to smoke drugs was found.
