A 26-year-old Glendale man was arrested for burglary of a router and $60 cash from the 1500 block of West Mequon Road about 10 a.m. Feb. 4.


An 18-year-old Walworth man was arrested for theft of a $200 cellphone from a friend he was visiting at Concordia University, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive, at 11 a.m. Feb. 4. The boy was contacted and admitted taking the phone saying he wanted to return it.

Two women were caught on surveillance video taking liquor valued at $253 from Metro Market, 11558 N. Port Washington Road, about 11 a.m. Feb. 6. The women appeared to be the same two who took liquor from the store Jan. 10.


A 22-year-old Mequon man was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, after losing control of his car ending up in a ditch at Mequon Road and Lake View Place at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 2. He admitted he had "throttled" his car while turning because he was angry with his mother. He also admitted smoking marijuana with friends. His preliminary blood alcohol content was 0.119 and he was taken for a blood draw.


Nine cars were "egged" but no damage reported in the 7200 block of West Lafayette Place early evening Feb. 4.

A 20-year-old Mequon man was arrested for driving while impaired, failure to have insurance, possession of a drug pipe and failure to signal while turning in the 11200 block of North Mequon Trail at 4:30 a.m. Feb. 4. The man admitted he had smoked the drug earlier.

A driver reported that someone hit his car with an egg as he drove on Mequon Road and Lake Shore Drive at 11 p.m. Feb. 4. Minor damage was reported.
