Amy Young and Steve Wierschem of Arlington, Va., were married Sept. 2, 2012, at Fox Point Lutheran Church.
Parents of the bride are Peggy and Ben Young of Mequon. The groom's parents are Kathy and Gary Wierschem of Grafton.
The Rev. Bill Knapp officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee.
The bride wore an Amsale strapless silk faille trumpet gown. She carried a bouquet of roses, freesia, lisianthus and stock.
Abby Young of Milwaukee, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Melanie Anderson of Columbus, Ohio, Jackie Klaver of Murphysburo, Ill., Kara Trzasko of Arlington, and Kim Strauss of London, United Kingdom.
Chris Wierschem of Port Washington, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Flannan Gleeson of Beijing, China, Bill Schmidt of Kabul, Afghanistan, and Pete Campbell, John Lefebvre and John Wakefield of Milwaukee. Andy Young of Milwaukee, brother of the bride, was usher.
The bride and groom earned their bachelor's degrees in business and their master's degrees in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They are an audit managers with Price Waterhouse Coopers of London.
They are living in East Kensington, United Kingdom.
The couple honeymooned for 10 days in Hawaii.
